CERT is managed by the Princeville Community Association and is supported by North Shore Give (Kauai North Shore Community Foundation.)
The primary function of the CERT program is to provide emergency response to Princeville residents and tourists as well as where possible neighboring communities until professional emergency First Responders arrive on the scene, and then assist as needed.
