Lions Club Golf Tournament in Princeville ~ Photos !
120 golfers participated in the annual Lions Club Golf Tournament in January at the Makai Golf Club in Princeville.
The golf tournament raised $27,000 while the Steve and Janine Hunt Family Foundation donated another $20,000, making the total amount raised by Kauai North Shore Lions $47,000.
All money collect is being donated to the Scholarship Fund. Applications that can be submitted through April 14. Application forms can be downloaded at https://kauainorthshorelions.org/scholarships
Please make sure scholarship applications are postmarked no later than April 30, 2023.
Tournament winners were Ken Castillo, Shaun Jardin, Chris Fujikado and Quintin Natividad. The team shot a remarkable 52. Each won a gift certificate from the Makai Pro Shop and a one-night stay at the Cliffs Resort.
The helicopter golf ball drop winner was John Maxwell who won a huge $2,631 while four others each won $125 each. One of the prizes won was even donated back to the Scholarship fund.
