The Cliffs is a mixed-use resort condominium developed in 1979 on a secluded bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean offering one bedroom, one bedroom with loft, and four-bedroom condominiums with ocean or garden views.

- In 2021 Kaua’i County added 3 percent county accommodation tax to the state’s 10.25 percent transient accommodations tax (TAT), resulting visitors paying 13.25 percent taxes on their accommodations.
