On Sunday, February 16th, from 1 PM to 3 PM, Prince Albert Park will transform into a playground of imagination and flight. The PHCA Events Committee, in collaboration with Magic Dragon Toy & Art Supply, invites you to an afternoon filled with creativity, fun, and high-flying adventure.

This event is designed for everyone—kids, parents, grandparents, and anyone who wants to experience the simple joys of flying kites and paper airplanes. Whether you’re a seasoned kite flyer or a first-timer, the open skies of Prince Albert Park provide the perfect backdrop for a carefree afternoon.
How to Join the Fun
- Bring Your Own Kite – If you already have a favorite kite, bring it along and let it take to the skies!
- Need a Kite? – Visit Magic Dragon Toy & Art Supply at Princeville Center to pick up a beautiful new kite before the event.
- Create Your Own Paper Airplane – Supplies and step-by-step instructions will be available in the Aloha Room, where participants can design, fold, and test their paper airplanes.
